Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their self-employed professional activity.

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods. If you ordered multiple items in a single order that were delivered separately, the period begins upon receipt of the last item.

by providing a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the sample cancellation form below, but its use is not required.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of your intention to exercise your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of the Revocation

If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply or expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which your individual selection or specification as a consumer is decisive for their manufacture, or that are clearly tailored to your personal needs (Section 312g(2)(1) of the German Civil Code (BGB)).

For us, this applies in particular to products that are manufactured according to your individual specifications, such as personalized 3D prints or custom-made items based on your measurements, colors, engravings, or other specific details. You will be informed whether a product is affected by this in the respective product description or during the checkout process before you complete your order.

Premature Expiration of Digital Content (3D Printing Files)

For products in the 3D printing files category, we provide you with digital content that is not embodied on a physical medium, in the form of a download.

Your right of withdrawal expires early if we have begun to fulfill the contract—that is, to make the download available—after you

• you expressly agreed during the ordering process that we may begin performing the contract before the end of the cancellation period, and
• at the same time, you have confirmed that, by giving your consent, you forfeit your right of withdrawal once the performance of the contract begins (Section 356(6) of the German Civil Code (BGB)).

We will then provide you with a contract confirmation on a durable medium. The file will therefore not begin downloading until you have expressly agreed during the ordering process to this early fulfillment and the resulting expiration of your right of withdrawal.
