Information about shipping costs, processing times, and delivery of your order. We ship all orders carefully packaged via DHL.

Processing time

Für alle physischen Produkte – auch personalisierte Anfertigungen – beträgt die Bearbeitungszeit bis zum Versand 2–5 Werktage. Anschließend kommt die unten angegebene Transportlaufzeit für dein Zielland hinzu. Digitale Downloads sind von dieser Bearbeitungszeit ausgenommen.

Shipping Costs by Destination

Wir berechnen feste Versandkosten pro Bestellung: 6,95 € innerhalb Deutschlands und 29,95 € für alle übrigen angebotenen Lieferländer. Es gibt keine Gewichtszuschläge. Lieferungen nach Südkorea sind ausgeschlossen. Es gelten die nachfolgend aufgeführten Versandkosten; die für deine Bestellung konkret anfallenden Kosten werden dir zusätzlich vor Abschluss der Bestellung verbindlich im Bestellprozess angezeigt.

Customs and Import Duties

For shipments to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, and processing fees may apply. These are levied by the relevant authorities or the shipping provider in the recipient country and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. The amount depends on the regulations of the respective destination country. No customs formalities are required for shipments within the EU.

Digital Products

There are no shipping costs for digital 3D printing files. Once payment has been processed, the files will be made available as a download. For information about digital content and your right to cancel, please see our AGB und der Cancellation Policy.

Since our products are 3D-printed and some are quite delicate, we pack each shipment with special care to prevent damage during shipping.
