Here's how we review and handle product reviews in our store.

Product reviews can help you make a purchasing decision. That’s why we’re providing transparent information here about how reviews are submitted, verified, and published in our online store.

Who can leave a review?

Reviews can be posted in our online store only by customers who can prove they purchased the reviewed product through 3dseasons.de.

Our shopping cart system matches each review with the corresponding order. Reviews from confirmed buyers are marked with the label “Verified Buyer.” You cannot leave a review on our site without proof of purchase of the product in question.

How are reviews handled?

Positive and critical reviews are treated according to the same criteria. The number of stars awarded does not affect whether a review is published.

We reserve the right not to publish reviews or to remove them at a later date if, in particular:

• contain spam or advertising,
• contain offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content,
• publish personal data of third parties,
• have no apparent connection to the product being reviewed,
• gegen Rechte Dritter verstoßen.

Reviews are not removed or withheld simply because they are negative or critical.
